ولن نضيف عليها الا القدر اليسير المقيد للتكرار على النحو الاتي :

1- نصوص قانون حماية المتهم وقانون سلامة الغذاء لا يستقيم تطبيقها منفردة بعيدا عن الاحكام العامة لقانون الجزاء العماني :
