يجوز تغيير موقع التنفيذ في حالة الضرورة ووجود موانع ومبررات قوية تقرها لجنة المناقصات المختصة وبعد موافقة الطرف الثاني في العقد شريطة أن لا يترتب على عملية التغيير أي التزام مالي إضافي

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 1:

The site may be changed in case of necessity the existence of contraindications and strong case approved by the tender Committee and after approval of the other party to the contract, provided that the change process any additional financial commitment

May change the execution site in case of necessity and the presence of contraindications and strong justifications approved by the committee competent tenders and after the approval of the second party in the contract provided that they do not result in the change process any additional financial commitment

The execution site may be changed in case of need a strong contraindication and approved by the competent tender committee after the consent of the second party in the contract, provided that the resulting change process no further financial obligation
