يرخص للآتية اسماؤهم بأن يقوموا بتعديل الشكل القانوني لشركة الشمس للتغليف ش.م.خ الى شركة مساهمة عمانية مقفلة برأسمال مرخص وقدره (2,000,000) مليوني ريال عماني ، مقسم الى (2,000,000) مليوني سهم ، قيمة كل سهم ريال عماني واحد .

مادة 2: على المؤسسين (الشركاء بالشركة) الالتزام بأحكام عقد تأسيس الشركة ونظامها الاساسي وقانون الشركات التجارية رقم 4/74 وتعديلاته والقوانين الاخرى المعمول بها في سلطنة عمان .
