من تأليف الأكاديمي المغربي علي كريمي، الأستاذ في كلية الحقوق بجامعة الحسن الثاني بالدار البيضاء، وصدر ضمن منشورات المنظمة الإسلامية للتربية والعلوم والثقافة (إيسيسكو) ومقرها الرباط.
ويشتمل الكتاب الذي يقع في 123 صفحة من القطع المتوسط، على ثلاثة فصول، تطرق في الأول للمرجعية القانونية لحماية الحرية الدينية وآلياتها: الإساءة للإسلام نموذجاً، وناقش في الفصل الثاني حرية الرأي والتعبير بين مبدأ التسامح واحترام الديانات وحقوق الأقليات المسلمة، وخصص الفصل الثالث لموضوع الخطابات العنصرية بين الحرية الدينية وحرية التعبير: نحو قانون منع الإساءة إلى الأديان.
والكتاب في الأصل دراسة اعتمدها المؤتمر الإسلامي التاسع لوزراء الثقافة الذي عقد في مدينة مسقط، عاصمة سلطنة عمان، في نوفمبر 2015، وصادقت عليها الحلقة الدراسية التي عقدتها الإيسيسكو في مدينة ليل الفرنسية في يونيو 2014، كما صادق عليها المجلس الأعلى للتربية والثقافة للمسلمين خارج العالم الإسلامي في دورته الرابعة عشرة في روما (سبتمبر 2014)، والمجلس الاستشاري المكلف بتنفيذ الاستراتيجية الثقافية للعالم الإسلامي في دورته الثالثة بالشارقة (نوفمبر 2014).
