1 - باستخدام طريقة Non Destructive Test :
بجب ان يتم اجراء Non Destructive Test بناء على مخطط اخذ العينات الثنائية كما هو مبين في الجدول (14.6) ، بحيث يتم اخذ عدد من العبوات من الدفعة مساويا لعدد العينات في العينة الاولى ، كما هو مبين في الخطة :
- يتم اعتبار الدفعة مقبولة اذا كان عدد العبوات الناقصة في العينة الاولى اقل من او مساويا لحد القبول الاول .
- يتم اعتبار الدفعة مرفوضة اذا كان عدد العبوات الناقصة في العينة الاولى اكبر من او مساويا لحد الرفض الاول
- اذا كان عدد العبوات الناقصة في العينة الاولى يقع بين حد القبول الاول وحد الرفض الاول ، فيتم اخذ عينات اخرى مساويا لعدد العينات في العينة الثانية وفحصها وتحديد عدد العينات الناقصة في العينة الثانية .
- يتم جمع العينات الناقصة في العينة الاولى بالاضافة للعينات الناقصة في العينة الثانية .
- يتم ماعتبار الدفعة مقبولة في حال ان مجموع العينات الناقصة اقل من او مساويا لحد القول الثاني .
- يتم اعتبار الدفعة مرفوضة اذا كان مجموع العينات الناقصة اكبر من او مساويا لحد الرفض الثاني .
