وبناء على ذلك التأخير ستتحمل الشركة

وبناء على ذلك التأخير ستتحمل الشركة غرامة التأخير بنسبة 100% من قيمة الإشتراك الشهري عن كل شهر تأخير وذلك طبقا لنص المادة 3 من القانون 156 لسنة 2003

Accordingly, the company will bear the delays demurrage by 100% of the monthly fee for each month delay in accordance with article 3 of law 156/2003

Accordingly, the company will bear the delay delay penalty of 100% of the value of the monthly subscription for each month of delay, in accordance with the provisions of Article 3 of Law 156 of 2003

Accordingly, the delay will have a 100% company delay penalty value of monthly subscription for every month of delay, in accordance with Article 3 of Act No. 156 of 2003
