18 سريان المفعول:أ- هذه المناقصة سارية المفعول حتى الساعة الحادية عشرة من صباح يوم الاثنين تاريخ 6 يناير 2020م بتوقيت عدن وهو التوقيت الذي تم تحديده في إعلان المناقصة في الصحافة المحلية.ب- يتم تسليم المظاريف المغلقة بعروض الأسعار إلى لجنة المناقصة في شركة مصافي عدن على أن يتم فتح المظاريف بحضور الجميع وإعلان الأسعار ومطابقة المواصفات المقدمة من المتقدمين في الاجتماع ويتم اعلان الفائزين على المناقصة بعد ذلك.ج – عند تسليم المظاريف، على المتقدم للمناقصة ان يحضر معه ضمان بشيك مقبول الدفع يساوي المبلغ المقطوع المحدد في الإعلان كضمان لدخول المناقصة ساري المفعول لمدة 120 يوماً.

a) This tender is valid until the eleventh hour on Monday , the 6th of the morning of January 2020 GMT Aden , a time that was specified in the tender announcement in the local press.
( B ) be delivered in sealed envelopes to bid prices for the tender committee in Aden Refinery Company to open the envelopes in the presence of everyone and announce price and matching specifications provided by the applicants at the meeting it is announced the winners of the tender afterwards.
C - upon delivery of envelopes, the applicant for a tender to attend with him to ensure an acceptable payment by check equal to the lump - sum specified in the declaration as collateral to enter the tender valid for a period of 120 days.

A- This tender is valid until 11:00 a.m. on Monday, January 6, 2020, Aden time, which is set out in the announcement of the tender in the local press.
B- Closed envelopes will be handed over to the tender committee of the Aden Refineries Company, with the envelopes opened in the presence of all, the price announcement and the conformity of the specifications provided by the applicants at the meeting, and the winners of the tender will be announced thereafter.
A- When handing over envelopes, the applicant must bring with him a guarantee with an acceptable cheque equal to the lump sum specified in the declaration as a guarantee to enter the tender in effect for 120 days. ...

Article 18 entry into force:
This is valid until the last hour of Monday morning, Aden time on January 26, which is set in the bidding announcement of the local media.
