Thank you for your mail. I totally understand that your mum is very ill. I actually lost my mum also t cancer when I was 22 years old. Its a very tough time so I can relate to what you are going through.

Whilst I understand you have your mum to think about we also have the business to think about as well after all it pays our bills!!. So can we meet half way and you return on the 8th December meaning you have asked for 2 extra weeks and we agree to 1 extra week?

Josh is no longer working with us he left yesterday and so I don't have a male therapist to cover him. Having 2 weeks without a male therapist is too much but I can manage a week.

This also means his position as Team Leader is available so I would like to pass this to you because I think you can do it well and Fayeez has recommended you.
