ــ تعتبر هذه الموافقة سارية المفعول

ــ تعتبر هذه الموافقة سارية المفعول طالما استمر التقيد بالاشتراطات البيئية المرفقة في الدليل رقم (126) المرفق مع هذه الموافقة .
ــ يج التقدم بطلب الحصول على التصريح البيئي النهائي او تجديد هذه المواقة خلال شهر من تاريخ الانتهاء وفي حالة عدم التجديد سيتم تطبيق المادة (31) من قانون حماية البيئة ومكافحة التلوث الصادر بالمرسوم السلطاني رقم (114/2001) .

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 2:
