2- فتح الطريق بين الحسكة والقامشلي خصوصا امام سيارات الجيش السوري
3- اخلاء المدينة من عناصر الجيس السوري وقوات اليبك والابقاء على عناصر الشرطةالتابعة للنظام وقوات الاسايش التابعة لليبك
وبنود اخرى مثل المشكلة الكردية وما الى هنالك
