يسري مفعول ھذه الاتفاقية لمدة أربعة

يسري مفعول ھذه الاتفاقية لمدة أربعة سنين، من تاريخ ………………….. وتبقى سارية المفعول لغاية ……………………… قابلة للتجديد ما لم يتم مخالفة إحدى الشروط والأحكام المبينة في ھذه الإتفاقية ويتم التجديد في حال موافقة الطرفين الخطية على ذلك قبل ثلاثين يوم من تاريخ انتھاء الاتفاقية.

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 1:

Renewable term unless a breach the terms and conditions set forth in this Convention and is renewable if the parties consent in writing before 30 days from the date of the انتھاء Convention.

The effect of this Agreement shall apply for a period of four years, from the date of ..................... .. and shall remain in force until ........................... renewable unless it is contrary to one of the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and the renewal in the event of approval written on both sides prior to thirty days from the date of expiration of the Convention.
