واضاف ان اصحاب العمل يستغلون الفلسطينين من خلال تشغيلهم لساعات تصل الى 14 ساعة، منذ استيقاظه حتى وصوله الى منزله ، عدا اعن استغلاله لانجاز بعض المهام خارج اطار عمله وفي اكثر من مهنة.
واكد سعد ان الاتحاد العام لنقابات عمال فلسطين، بتابع عددا من القضايا العمالية، عبر طاقم من المحامين، موضحا ان كل عامل بناء ولديه تصريح عمل له خدمة مجانية في تحصيل حقوقه وعبر لجان مصالحة.
