في حالة وجود اختلاف يقوم محاسب النقد والبنوك بإعداد مذكرة تسوية البنك في حالة وجود أية تعديلات أو ملاحظات على مذكرة تسوية البنك يقوم رئيس قسم الحسابات بإرسالها الي المحاسب لتعديلها.يقوم المحاسب بتعديل مذكرة تسوية حساب البنكاعادة التسوية لمراجعتها من رئيس الحسابات ومن ثم رفعها للمدير المالي للاعتماد.
