بالشروط الاتية :
1/ على أن يعمل الطرف الثاني بالمملكة العربية السعودية بوظيفة سائق خاص .
2/ يؤمن الطرف الاول سكنا للطرف الثاني .
3/ يدفع الطرف الاول للطرف الثاني راتب إجمالي وقدرة (1500) ريال سعودي شامل الأكل في نهاية كل شهر .
4/ مدة هذا العقد سنتان تبداء من تاريخ وصول الطرف الثاني الى مقر العمل في السعودية واستلامة العمل .
5/ يحق للطرف الثاني اجازة قدرها ثلاثين يوم بعد خدمة متصلة لمدة عام ويحق للطرف الأول تأجيلها الى السنة التالية حسب ظروف العمل وموافقة الطرف الثاني .
6/ وفي حالة المرض يعالج الطرف الثاني في المستشفيات الحكومية التابعة لمقر عملة مجاناً .
7/ تعتبر الثلاثة شهور الأولى فترة إختبار ويعتبر ساري المفعول بعد فترة الإختبار .
8/ السفر ذهاب وعودة على حساب الطرف الأول وقت الاجازة .
9/ الالتزام بالعادات والتقاليد المعمول بها داخل المملكة ويعتبر قانون العمل المعمول به بالمملكة مكملا لبنود هذا العقد .
