الدراسة الفنية :-
يشمل هذا الجزء من الخطة تحديد جميع الاحتياجات والتجهيزات اللازمة لبدء تشغيل المشروع كالمعدات والمهمات والأدوات والمواد الخام .... وغيرها من التكاليف الأخري والمصروفات اللازم تحملها للقيام بالمشروع .
وحيث أن أول خطوة لتحديد إحتياجات تشغيل المشروع هي تحديد الطاقة الإنتاجية له وخدماته المقدمة .، وحيث يقوم الكوفي شوب بتقديم تشكيلة واسعة من المشروبات :- الساخنة ، والبارده ، والعصائر ، مشروبات غازيه.، وكذا تقديم وجبات تتراوح بين الوجبة الخفيفة البسيطة الى الوجبة الساخنة و الحلويات الجاهزة .، لذا فقد حددت النواحي الفنية للمشروع علي النحو التالي :-
