Great news for all of you………

We are proudly implementing QTY daily targets for your store.

Please find the attached QTY daily target sheet for month of August 2016.

And kindly find below for mechanism of the QTY daily targets…..

1. Individual targets :

a. If any staff sold 10 QTY above you will rewarded by SAR 40.00 on daily basis.
b. If any staff sold 20 QTY above you will rewarded by SAR 120.00 on daily basis.
c. If any staff sold 40 QTY above you will rewarded by SAR 360.00 on daily basis.

Special note:

THE STORE MUST ACHIEVE THE GIVEN QTY TOTAL TARGET TO GET INDIVIDUAL TARGET. IF STORE NOT ACHIEVED THE DAILY TARGET NO ONE ELIGIBLE FOR GET THEIR INDIVIDUAL TARGETS.

Example:

1. Store target QTY 90. If you achieve total store target and if any staff achieve the qty target then the staffs can get their reward.
2. If store not achieved the daily total target and staffs achieved their target they will not rewarded because they didn’t achieve their daily store QTY target.
3. If store achieved their QTY target and staff not achieved individual target they will not rewarded as per given scheme.


THIS IS A GREAT OPPORTUNITY TO INCREASE SALES AND COVER THE LOSS SALES.

WE ARE LOOKING FORWARD TO SEE GREAT SALES AND YOU’RE BEST PERFORMANCE ON THIS PERIOD.
