 يجب أن يتقن الطفل في هذه المرحلة كتابة الكلمات وقراءتها بشكل صحيح.
 يجب أن يتقن الطفل عد الأرقام من 1-30 جيدًا.
 يجب أن يعرف الطفل الأسئلة العامة.
 يجب أن يعرف الطفل الألوان الأساسية.
 تكرار أنشودة الحروف والأرقام الانجليزية يوميًا.

Recommendations for English language teacher for preliminary phase: must be proficient at this stage the child write the words and read them properly. must master the child count the numbers from 1-30. child should know General questions. child must know basic colors. repeating the litany of letters and numbers English daily.
