الملخص
نموذج احصائي مقترح للتنبؤ بالطلب علي صناعة الأسمنت في جمهورية مصر العربية
طبيعة مشكلة
تعتبر صناعة الأسمنت من أهم الصناعات الحديثة، حيث تعمل دورا هاما في تقدم النهضة العمرانية، لذا فإن الحاجة إلي صناعة الأسمنت تزداد بإزدياد الكثافة السكنية والتوسع في حركة التشيد والبناء بالاضافة الي استخدامها في صناعة المنتجات الأسمنتية كما أنها تساهم في توفير العملات الاجنبية عن طريق التصدير.
الهدف من البحث
يهدف هذا البحث إلى بناء نموذج احصائي مقترح للتنبؤ بالطلب علي الأسمنت و التوصل الي المتغيرات التي تؤثر في الطلب علي الاسمنت لزيادة الانتاج والاهمية النسبية لكل متغير، وكذلك تدبير الاحتياجات من النقد الاجنبي لمواجهة الواردات منها.
أهمية الدراسة
تنبع أهمية دراسة هذا البحث في مساعدة متخذي القرار في مجال صناعة الأسمنت وذلك من خلال وضع الخطة القومية لصناعة الأسمنت, و رسم السياسات الخاصة بهذه الصناعة, و تخطيط الموارد المتاحة في ظل الاحتياجات المتوقعة لما يحقق أهداف التنمية الاقتصادية في ظل التغيرات المحيطة بصناعة الأسمنت.
خطة البحث
لتحقيق اهداف البحث تضمنت الدراسة خمسة أبواب يمكن عرضها وتلخيصها علي النحو التالي:
الباب الأول:
يتناول فيه الباحث الاطار العام للبحث وذلك من خلال عرض لمقدمة ومشكلة البحث وأهمية وهدف وفروض البحث مع عرض موجز للدراسات السابقة.
الباب الثاني:
يتناول فيه الباحث الاطار النظري لصناعة الأسمنت من حيث النشأة ومراحل التطور والانواع والهيكل الاقتصادي، كما يعرض العوامل التي تؤثر على الطلب من الأسمنت.
الباب الثالث:
يعرض فيه الباحث الأساليب الاحصائية المقترح تطبيقها والتي تتمثل في:
نموذج الانحدار المنكمش Shrunken Regression
نموذج الانحدار الذاتي والمتوسطات المتحركة التكاملية ARIMA.
الباب الرابع:
يقوم فيه الباحث بتطبيق الاساليب الاحصائية المقترحة على متغيرات الدراسة.
الباب الخامس:
يقوم فيه الباحث بعرض جميع النتائج التي توصل إليها نتيجة الاساليب الاحصائية المستخدمة مع اقتراح بعض التوصيات.
