لا يسوغ لأية جمعية أجنبية أن تتألف وأن تباشر نشاطها بالمغرب إلا بعد تقديم تصريح سابق بشأنها ضمن الشروط المقررة في الفصل الخامس.‏

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 1:

Does not justify any foreign association that is composed and proceed with its activities in Morocco only after the submission of a statement earlier on them within the prescribed in Chapter V Conditions.

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 2:

No foreign association is authorized to form and operate in Morocco until an earlier permit has been made under the conditions established in Chapter 5.

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 3:

Any foreign society must form and carry out activities in Morocco, unless previously stated under the conditions set out in Chapter V.
