لقد اكملت جميع الإجراءات الخاصة ب كرت الضمان الإجتماعي وأخبرتني القنصلية انه سيتم تسليمها لك بعد أسبوعين وحتى الأن لم يصلني أي رد أو رسالة منكم فما السبب
