لقد اثبتت التجارب التي مر  بها العديد من الدول ان المشاريع الصغيرة قادرة على تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية المنشودة إذا  تهيأ  لها المناخ الملائم والتمويل اللازم، واعطيت ما تستحقه من اهتمام في القوانين
