يحق لأي من اللجان المحددة في المادة السابقة عند الاقتضاء الاستعانة بمن تراه من الفنيين المتخصصين من الجمعية أو من أي جهة أخرى، أو الاستعانة باستشاري بحسب طبيعة ونوعية عملية الشراء المطلوب تنفيذها لمساعدتها في تنفيذ أي من مهامها المحددة لها في قرار التكليف
