نحتاج الى كوبين حليب و 3 ملاعق طعام طحين وقطعة زبدة 10 جرام وشوية ملح وفلفل اسود وجبن مبشور
الطريقة ..نذوب الزبدة ونحمص الطحين قليلا بدون احمرار نضيف الحليب بالتدريج مع التحريك حتى تغلظ نضيف الملح والجبن وتستخدم
