وفي حالة استئناف المتهمين للحكم ، فعليهم دفع كفالة استئناف عن كل واحد منهم مبلغ (ثلاثة الاف ريال) (3000 ر.ع) ، وذلك عملا بنص المادة (284) من قانون الاجراءات الجزائية .
