7. خطوات إعداد الموازنة التقديرية للشركة :1 - تشكل لجنة من قبل المدير العام خاصة بالموازنة التخطيطية و تكون مسؤوله عن إعداد الموازنة و مناقشه تقديراتها مع الادارات المختلفة تتضمن اللجنة المدير المالي و عضوين اخرين .2 - يبدأ إعداد الموازنة في شهر يوليو بإصدار منشور إعداد الموازنة المنظم للسياسات الخاصة بتفاصيل الاعداد و المتضمن الهدف و الخطه الرئيسية للسنه القادمة الموضوعه من قبل قياده الشركة .3 - يرسل المنشور الي الادارات و القطاعات المختلفة بالشركة مرفقا به نموذج التقديرات المتوافق عليه و متضمن فعليات الادارة العام السابق و اعتماداتها من المبالغ للعام الحالي .4 - يجب ان تعتمد التقديرات علي فعليات العام السابق و معتمد العام الحالي و ماتم صرفة خلال الستة أشهر الأولي من العام الحالي . 5 - يتم وضع التقديرات متضمنة مبررات الزيادة أو الخفض و مرفق بها اي مستندات من عقود أو اتفاقيات جديده لم تكن موجوده من قبل ( في حاله الزياده ) او قرارات استغناء او انتهاء معاملات ( في حاله الخفض ) .
