وسبق أن أصدرت اللجنة الوطنية للدفاع عن حقوق االعاطلين عن العمل، بيانا تندد فيه بالخروقات الحاصلة في التوظيف، مطالبة أيضا بإعادة النظر في سياسات التشغيل ككل التي أثبتت بناءا عليها، عدم نجاحها في التقليل من نسبة البطالة، وأهدرت الكثير من الجهد والأموال العامة، دون أي خطة واضحة لاستثمارها في مشاريع إستراتيجية من شأنها خلق مناصب شغل منتجة ودائمة، لكن هذا البيان لم يجد اذانا صاغية من الدولة الجزائرية حيث لم تحل مشكلة العاطلين عن العمل في ورقلة حتى اليوم
