عمليات التجارة الخارجية المثلثة او المتعددة الاطراف الجارية خارج لبنان، و لأجل ذلك يمكن لشركات الاوفشور اجراء التفاوض، و توقيع العقود، و شحن البضائع، و اعادة اصدار الفواتير لأعمال و عمليات خارج لبنان او من المناطق الجمركية الحرة في لبنان وإليها و يشمل ذلك استعمال التسهيلات المتوافرة في المناطق الجمركية الحرة في لبنان لتخزين البضائع المستوردة بغاية إعادة تصديرها
