مما لا شك فيه أن كل شعب يتميز ببعض العادات عن غيره من الشعوب، يتسبب في ذلك عوامل كثيرة أهمها: الموقع الجغرافي والعوامل البيئية، تاريخ تلك البلدان والحضارات التي نشأت هناك، مع بعض الأبعاد الدينية أو الاجتماعية. لذا وجود بعض العادات ببعض البلدان لا يَعني بالضرورة انتشارها في كل العالم أو حتى في البلدان المُجاورة، حتى أن بعض العادات قد لا يتسم بها كل المُنتمين لنفس الشعب
