- ترحل كافة سندات القبض التي تم تحريرها في سجل يومية الصندوق بهدف السيطرة على حركة النقد ومطابقة الصندوق نهاية كل يوم . ثم يجري تسجيلها في الدفاتر والسجلات المحاسبية ( سجل المقبوضات ) وعلى ان يكون سند القبض معزز بمستندات تؤيد عملية القبض
