بناءا مع مراعاة الشروط المشار اليها في المادتين السابقتين ، يجوز للبورصة قبول طلب ادراج الشركة المساهمة المؤسسة في أي دولة من دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي ، بناءا على طلب الشركة المصدرة ، طبقا للقواعد الاسترشادية الموحدة لإدراج الاسهم في الاسواق المالية بدول مجلس التعاون الخليجي

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 1:

From taking into account the conditions referred to in the two preceding articles, the stock may accept the request for the inclusion of enterprise CJSC in any State of the Gulf Cooperation Council, at the request of the company, in accordance with the rules of the standard pilot to include shares in the financial markets in the GCC

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 2:

Based subject to the conditions referred to in the preceding two articles, the Stock Exchange may grant the request for the inclusion of the company's contribution to the institution in any country of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), based on the issuing company's request, according to the rules guiding consolidated for the inclusion of stocks in the financial markets in the Gulf Cooperation Council

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 3:

In accordance with the requirements referred to in the preceding articles, the stock exchange shall accept the request for the inclusion of stock company, the enterprise in any GCC country, based request the issuing company, in accordance with the rules of standard referenceShares in financial markets in the GCC countries.
