- يتم اصدار سندات القبض بثلاث نسخ الأصل للدافع ونسخة للحسابات وأخرى تبقى بالدفتر لأغراض المراجعة والتدقيق . ويجب ان يتضمن السند المعلومات التالية ( التاريخ ، اسم الدافع ، المبلغ ونوع الايراد ، نوع العملة ، اسم وتوقيع المستلم ، التبويب المحاسبي على السند ) رقم الصك في حالة قبض المبلغ بموجب صكوك.
