في حال قيام أي عامل عن بعد بالتعاون

في حال قيام أي عامل عن بعد بالتعاون مع المنشأة بالتسجيل في وظيفة وهمية، يتم حرمانه من الدعم الذي يوفره صندوق تنمية الموارد البشرية لمدة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات للمخالفة الأولى ولا تقل عن 5 سنوات للمخالفة الثانية.
