8- أن تكون نسبة اجمالي حقوق المساهم

8- أن تكون نسبة اجمالي حقوق المساهمين في الشركة إلى رأس المال الصادر والمدفوع بحوالي 12%، حسب البيانات المالية السنوية المدققة للشركة عن السنة المالية قبل تاريخ تقديم طلب الادراج.

12- أن تكون الاوضاع المالية للشركة سليمة من حيث موجوداتها وسيولتها وتوازن هيكلها المالي وكفائة الاداء، عند تقديم طلب الادراج، وبعد ذلك للاستمرار في ادراجها على اللوحة الرئيسية للتداول في البورصة.

13- أن تنعقد الجمعية العامة العادية للشركة مرة على الاقل في السنة وذلك خلال 90 يوم من تاريخ انتهاء السنة المالية

14- يجوز لمجلس الادارة اضافة اية شروط خرى او ان يستثنى بعض الشروط السابقة بعد موافقة مصرف البحرين المركزي.
