و افاد بان المتهم الثاني اتصل به واخبره بان المتهم الثالث طلب منه نقل وتصفية الارز واستبداله في اكياس جديدة , ووافق على ذلك باعتباره المسؤول المباشر للمتهم الثاني ، وافاد بانه لا يعلم بانه سوف يتم استبدال الارز في اكياس جديدة وكان يظن ان الارز سيتم تنظيفه وتصفيته واعادته في ذات الاكياس الخاصة به ،
