عندما تقتضي مصلحة الجمعية وفي حالة

عندما تقتضي مصلحة الجمعية وفي حالة موافقة لجنة المناقصات على اعمال/توريدات اضافية غير مدرجة في الجداول والمواصفات المتعاقد عليها ولم يتضمن العقد بنود مشابهة فتحسب اسعارها وفقاً لما يتفق مع المنفذ أو حسب الأسعار السائدة متى ما كان ذلك لصالح الجمعية.

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 1:
