لا يجوز للمستأجر الامتناع عن سداد الأجرة
بحجة وجود شخص يدعي حقاً على الشقة موضوع العقد
وإذا امتنع المستأجر عن سداد الأجرة تحت ذلك الإدعاء
يصبح العقد مفسوخاً من تلقاء نفسه دون حاجة إلى تنبيه أو إنذار
ويلتزم المستأجر بتسليم الشقة إلى المؤجر دون شروط
خالية من الشواغل
مع حفظ حق المؤجر في التعويضات أو أي مستحقات إن كان لها محل

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 2:
