استعرض مجلس إدارة شركة الصلان للصناعات الغذائية (ش.م.ع.م) سجل تجاري رقم 3157580 في اجتماعه المنعقد بتاريخ:13/06/2016 برئاسة الفاضل/ فارون بيري نائب رئيس مجلس الإدارة استقالة عدد 2 من أعضاء مجلس الإدارة وتعيين بدلا منهم بصفة مؤقتة و تعيين رئيس مجلس الإدارة ونائبه.

وبعد المناقشة والمداولة بين أعضائه فقد اتخذ المجلس بالإجماع القرارات التالية:-
أولاً : الموافقة على استقالة كلا من التالية أسماؤهم:
1- كنجسي جوكلداس كيمجي
2- سي تانيجا
ثانيا: الموافقة على تعيين الفاضل/ فارون بيري رئيسا لمجلس الإدارة والفاضل/ رافي كيشور سوني نائبا لرئيس مجلس الإدارة
ثالثا: الموافقة على تعيين كل من التالية أسماؤهم لعضوية مجلس الإدارة بصفة مؤقتة وهم:
1- فيشال بيماني 2-
3- انينديا داتا 4-
رابعاً:الموافقة على تكليف الأفاضل / مكتب رجب الكثيري للمحاماة والاستشارات القانونية باتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة لدى الجهات المختصة .
