تجتمع لجنة الفحص والاستلام بحضور المورد أو وكيله خلال ثلاثة أيام على الأكثر من تاريخ وصول الأصناف إلى مخازن الجمعية أو المكان المحدد في عقد التوريد أو من تاريخ إخطار المورد الجمعية بإتمام العمل ، ويجب إخطار المورد بموعد اجتماع اللجنة لحضوره.

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 1:

Inspection and receiving Committee meets in the presence of the supplier or his agent within three days from the date of arrival of items to stores or place specified in the sales contract or of the date of notification of the completion of the action Assembly supplier, and the supplier must be notified of the Committee's meeting time.
