تم تحقيق إداري مع العامل , و أقر بالواقعة والإنتفاع الشخصي في حدود مبلغ (1000 ريال عماني ) وأنكر ماعدا ذلك من مبالغ – هذا وقد أقر المذكور شفاهة أمام المراجع الداخلي وأكد على أقراره كتابة وبتوقيعه المعتمد لدى الشركة على المستند والذي بيد الشركة.
