تلتزم المؤسسة بدفع فوائد هذه السندات فقط في حالة تحقيقها لأرباح كافية لدفع هذه الفوائد بما يعني أن الفوائد نفسها لا تعتبر من قبيل الإلتزامات الثابتة

The Foundation is committed to pay the benefits these bonds only if they achieve sufficient profit to pay these benefits meant that benefits itself does not constitute firm commitments

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 2:

The institution is liable to pay the benefits of these bonds just in case to achieve sufficient earnings to pay for these benefits, which means that the same benefits are not considered such as fixed liabilities

The institution shall pay interest to the bonds only if sufficient profits to pay the benefits achieved, meaning that interest itself is not considered a fixed obligations
