ان المبرر من اعادة المبلغ الى الصندوق هي ان المنتسب لم يراجع لاستلام استحقاقه نتيجة عدم وجوده في مقر العمل كأن يكون موفداً او متمتعاً بأجازة وفي هذه الحاله يتم اعادة صرف استحقاقه بعد مراجعتة للوحده وذلك بتنظيم مستند صرف بصافي المبلغ المستحق وفق مايلي
