بعد اعتماد الموازنة وإقرارها يقوم القسم المالي / مدير المشروع بمتابعة تنفيذ الموازنة من خلال اجراء المقارنات بين ما تم تنفيذه فعلياً و المخطط لكل برنامج او نشاط وتحديد الانحرافات الكمية والقيمية او المعوقات فضلاً عن تحديد المسؤولية بغية اتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية اللازمة في الوقت المناسب
