• تحضير ميزانية من إيرادات ومصروفات لكل سنة مالية ومناقشتها مع المسئولين حتى اعتمادها واتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة بشأن التعزيزات والارتباطات
• تسوية المنصرف على بنود الموازنة
• أعمال المناقصات والمزايدات والمشتريات والقيام بأعمال الصرف من المخازن وقيد أذون الصرف وجرد الأصناف وتنظيمها واستلام الأصناف من الجهة الموردة
• مراجعة مستندات الصرف مراجعه فنيه حسابيه وتحديد المصرف المالي لكل مستند وقيدها بالدفاتر الحسابية طبقا للدورة المستندية المحددة باللائحة المالية .
• استخراج الشيكات والأذون وأجراء التسويات المالية ومراجعتها من واقع المستندات الواردة من البنك واعدا الحساب الختامي للشركة.
• تحصيل جميع الرسوم و جميع الايرادات الخاصة بالشركة ومتابعته تحصيلها
